On July 1, the prohibition of marijuana will end in Canada. Cannabis will no longer be criminal, and that has big implications for our economy, our tax system, our health care system, our justice system, even the way we zone our cities. 

There are lots of stories about pot legalization for journalists to tell. But in this video essay, Paula Simons tells a very personal one. Not about her experience with marijuana, but instead, about her perspective as the most square, sober, and boring person in Canada.
